Draft pour (yep, draft) at Savannah Bee Co. in Charleston SC. Poured a clear yellow color with no head. Aroma was crisp apple notes. Cinnamon was mild. This was a bit like an apple pie. Liked this one.

Tap. Poured clear dark amber color with good legs. Moderate to heavy spice, honey and sweet apple aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium apple, honey flavor with a medium complex sweet finish of moderate duration. Pleasing smooth mead.

On tap at St. Ambrose. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Sweet cinnamon aroma. Flavor is strong cinnamon, maple, and apple, like apple cinnamon pancakes. Very sweet, which is the only drawback (and even then only after a while).

Clear yellow, somewhat tart. Nice blend of cide (from an unfamilar apple) and honey. Tasted at St. Ambrose Meadery.

Draft. Fresh apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey aroma - smells like freshly baked apple pie. Medium yellow. Cinnamon/nutmeg, baked apples, and honey. Spectacular.
