Appearance. Colour is golden with little head retention. Aroma. This is rather well balanced IPA. The maltiness comes through even with Chinooks spiciness and grapefruit attacking my sences after a few seconds. Perhaps not for the most dedicated hoop heads but for your average beer enthusiast its something to savour after a day in the sun. The palate is a little thin but the after taste again show how well balanced this beer is.

hay, grass, citrus, spruce, bubblegum, amber, clear, rocky head, white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, light body, slick, lively, bitter, long finish Golden amber with a tall rock head of white foam. Big burst of hoppy aromas initially with green grass and spruce. Fades quickly though to a light citrus and some bubble gum. Bitterness is medium strength with a slickness to the mouthfeel. Refreshing carbonation and a lingering bitterness in the dry finish.

Bottle - Mandarin, grass and other fruity hops. Clear copper with a thin white head. Light bitterness, sweet malts and a very light grassy hop profile. A great session ale, but powerfully hopped it isnt.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2013 Pours clear gold with white head. Initial aromas are nice crisp hoppy which builds hope. Initial taste isn?t too bad. Malts with hints of fruits but the beer then fades the more you drink into sour aromas and a flat over sweet faintly bitter aftertaste. Sad, flat and middling.
