Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, earthy, nutty, caramel, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

The Ship Inn, Mousehole. Cask. Clear amber gold beer with a small off white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, moderate carbonation. Light malt, touch of cream. Light fresh orange with good tangy peel. Whisper of lemon. Light finish. Not bad at all, well balanced.
