Ingredients: Cornish Gold Malt; Willamette hops.
Tribute is a popular favourite with locals and visitors alike to Cornwall, as well as being a much sought after guest ale throughout the rest of the UK.
Roger Protz: Tribute is a magnificent example of a bronze coloured English bitter, with a rich aroma of biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit. Juicy malt, hop resins and tangy fruit coat the tongue, while the finish is long and lingering, with a fine balance between malt, hops and fruit, finally becoming dry and bitter.

My Bottom Line:
This floral and honeyed Bitter pleases from top to bottom, leading to balancing hop bitterness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam sticks to the misty blond.
-The honeyed flavors are quite authentic.
-The cask feel is perfectly smooth, as is often the case in good pubs in these parts.
-The finish is leafy and slightly sweet.
-Drinkability is very high.

On cask at The Mermaid Inn, Rye.

Cask at the brewery, St. Austell. Nose is malty. Body is clear pale golden, head is small, white, creamy, fully lasting, good lacing. Aroma is malty, cornish. Medium sweet, light bitter. Finish is long lasting hoppy light bitter. Light body, thin texture, soft carbonation. Easy, refreshing.

Hippoman (646) - Durham, ENGLAND - APR 6, 2016
Cask at The Market Tavern, Durham, 3.55/pint. This is a perfect example of an easy-going, hugely drinkable English bitter. From my experience of serving it, foreign visitors to the UK love it and with its soft, biscuit and bready malts and well-balanced peach and citrus hop flavours its easy to see why. Nothing earth-shattering, but a very solid cask beer. This is not the greatest beer in the world, no, this is just a Tribute.

Scopey (13557) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2016
Cask at The City Arms, Wells. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The aroma is toasted grain, bread, biscuit, light caramel and cereal . The taste is bitter - sweet, rich tea biscuit, caramel, toasted grain, cereal with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. A pretty standard malty bitter by all accords. Forgettable.
