Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish, glowing straw color with a finger of foam that lingers. Pils malt on the nose...grassy, faint orange zest, honey. Clean and crisp, light green banana...very light. Peppercorn finish, grassy bitterness. Lingering peppery bitterness and grass. Very dry...would pair nicely with food. Pine, not much else. Light bitter finish. Hazy orange pour with ok head and lacing. Not bad, but not a huge amount of character like Coen Brothers movies. Tap at Snally.
