330ml bottle into a nonic. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a huge three finger billowy white head. The fluffy head sticky around for a long time and leaves huge clumps of lacing on the sides of the glass. This is what a wit should look like. Picture perfect. The aroma just jumps out of the glass with lemon and coriander dominating. There are more subtle hints of clove, banana, and orange. There is a real sharpness to the aroma that I love. The flavor brings forth tons of coriander and more orange than was present in the aroma. Fresh baked bread along with lemon provide support along with a delicate tartness on the tip of the tongue. Perfect soft wheat character along with abundant carbonation that is perfect for the style. Overall, this is what every witbier should strive to be like. To me, this is the absolute defining beer of the style and by far the best wit I have ever had. I only wish I could get this close to where I live because I would go through cases during the summer.

Bottle. How on earth can Mikkeller red and white christmas have a higher rating than this one??? This is a classic witbier. Golden with medium white head. Aroma cloves, coriander, oranges. Taste sweet wheat malt, some orange notes. Very fine witbier.

Smak orzeźwiający ładna pszenica przełamana kolendra i cytrusami. Ikona stylu

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2017 Acquistata su lacantinadellabirra.it. Giallo chiaro, torbida, schiuma biancastra abbastanza persistente. Odore citrico, agrumato. In bocca acidula, note di limone e agrumi. Nel finale leggero amarognolo agrumato. Media carbonazione. Nulla di eccezionale.

Backlog, Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with white head and plenty of lace. Notes of florals, wheat, citrus, coriander, and belgian funk. Medium bodied. A bit too spicy and fruity overall.

Bottle at Poechenellekelder Brussels. Cant believe ive not had it before. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Soapy wit aroma. Light lemon. Soapy wit flavour. Not the best wit in the world by a long chalk. Ok.
