Light aroma, fruity, malty. Beige head. Light sweet, light bitter, wonderfully balanced taste. Bitterness wins at the end. More than enough taste for a dubbel. Very drinkable.

Taste is medium sweet and bitter with a lasting, balanced, light warming finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to sticky, carbonation is avarage.

Pours a deep Burgundy brown with a medium tan foamy head. Medium carbonation with some lacing. Aroma is crisp and tart with dark fruit and spices. Crisp and clean with a full mouth tingly feel. Smooth with dark fruity taste and a nice finish. Nice lingering aftertaste. Very enjoyable. Better than the Pater 6.
