This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Bottle @ Home. Pours a hazy yellow liquid with a large lasting white head. Yeasty, bready aroma with apricots, almonds, citrus, earth. Taste is fruity, dry, bready and yeasty. Perfect tripel.

Rhombic (173) - Elx, SPAIN - FEB 12, 2018
Bottle. Pours very cloudy golden with an off white head that is mostly diminishing. It has the full aromas of a perfect Tripel: starting with that substantially yeasty to bready complexity and then pairing this up with the typical gentle citrus, slight overripe apple and very clear estery apricot. The mouthfeel is lovely if a bit more highly carbonated than other Tripels, with a spicy and fruity flavour profile reminiscent of Christmas pudding. Well balanced alcoholic notes towards the end that do not carry a protruding spirit-like feel. No hoppiness (as expected). Medium to full body with warming finish. Very good tripel.

axl (1120) - Lund, SWEDEN - FEB 6, 2018
330ml bottle. Hazy golden with two finger fluffy white head. Aroma is pronounced yeasty with citrus, orange, some wheatiness and herbal notes. Taste is yeasty with a solid wheat backbone, orange, fragrant citrus peel and herbs. Medium, somewhat stuffy mouthfeel, light carbonation and sweet, yeasty aftertaste.

33 cl bottle. Hazy honey gold color. Pillowy white head. Sweet, yeasty, floral malt nose. Sweet, honeyish malt flavor. Belgian yeast notes. Highly carbonated. Sharp bready malt notes in middle. Subtle dry finish. Warming alcohol as well. World class and truly delicious.

Flesje thuis na bezoek aan Paradiso. Mooie troebele gouden kleur, wit schuim. Naast het zoet, ook duidelijk wat zuur in de smaak. Erg lekker.

Słomkowe wpadające w złote, zamglone, piana wysoka, średniej struktury, dość szybko opada ale ładnie oblepia szkło. W aromacie słodowe, intensywnie pszeniczne, guma balonowa, lekki goździk, gałka, dalej owoce, gruszka, morela, banan, białe winogrono. W smaku słodkie, słodowe, lekko owocowe, delikatna kwiaty i zioła szlachetnego chmielu. Alkohol wyczuwalny co raz bardziej w miarę picia. Mimo to przyjemna gładkość. Mało intensywny w odczucia jak na tripla. Mam wrażenie że po raz kolejny jakiś mocniejszy blond, ale ogólnie dobre piwo.
