This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

330ml brown bottle. Golden-honeyish in colour, spare but creamy white head. Some floaties. Aroma is sweet and spicy, fruity malt with soft orange notes. Strong malt profile with honey overtones contrasts with tangy yeast, fruity orange and nice late hop bitterness. Slighly spicy end with minimal alcohol notes and some yeast in the finish as well. Finely carbonated, creamy smooth texture in the mouth. Very well done Tripel.

Słomkowe wpadające w złote, zamglone, piana wysoka, średniej struktury, dość szybko opada ale ładnie oblepia szkło. W aromacie słodowe, intensywnie pszeniczne, guma balonowa, lekki goździk, gałka, dalej owoce, gruszka, morela, banan, białe winogrono. W smaku słodkie, słodowe, lekko owocowe, delikatna kwiaty i zioła szlachetnego chmielu. Alkohol wyczuwalny co raz bardziej w miarę picia. Mimo to przyjemna gładkość.

Bottle at the Wellington Arms, Bedford. Light yellow and a little bit cloudy. Candy sugar and hay in the aroma with touches of orchard fruit. Sweet and gentle taste, dusted with icing sugar flavours. A bit of hippy sourness at the end. Highly carbonated which aids the silky body. A gentle giant.
