3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light flowery aroma with some lighter straw and fruit aromas. Pours a clear golden color with lots of head. The taste is mostly sweet but has a light bitter bite on the end. Very light bodied and effervescent. This was quite pleasant not too sweet like so many tripels, the dryness in the finish i was also fond of.
Ale’a benzeyen koku. Tadı hafif yağlı. Buğday tadı çok keskin değil. Alkol tadı neredeyse hiç alınmıyor. Az asidik. brandy cools (27) - antwerp, BELGIUM - NOV 10, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 13, 2017 Fruit in the flavour, like banana and a bit of dried raisins. Also some yeast in the background. An orange colour and quite some head. The taste is fruity (:banana and something citrussy,) again, with moderate hop-bitterness , a touch of sour and some sweetness. Again a hint of yeast. A bit thick on the tongue. Enjoyable for sure but not exceptional like the Abt from the same brewery. FrankZappa7 (554) - GERMANY - NOV 10, 2017

Ik had er iets meer van verwacht. Een doorsnee triple. Weinig karakteristieks. Ik heb hem nu gedronken, maar voor mij geen blijvertje. FireGlider (697) - Zagreb, CROATIA - NOV 1, 2017
Cloudy orange color with small white head. Wheat with some apple aroma. Sweet fruity taste. It is OK but needs some more distinctive flavors.

Poured from caged and corked 750ml bottle(near room temp) a clear, at first... then turns cloudy due to the sediment, light gold with a large head of foam with lots of lacing.
After a few minutes, the foam shrinks to a fine but solid layer.
The smell is lemony and yeasty and there's also some spice in the nose.
The taste first hits me with some malty sweetness(more of a candy sugar sweetness), followed closely by lemon citrus and a touch of clove. The more I sip on it, the more I notice how well balanced and smooth drinking this brew is..oh, and there's also a touch of sourness near and through the finish which adds to my enjoyment. Further in to the bottle, the bitterness from the hops intensifies, nay, in fact, *all* the flavours I noted before increase in intensity making for a much more complex Tripel than the first glassful "promised". Yummy! Ahhh..and the nice warming effect in the tummy is certainly more than welcome on this cool, crisp Autumn day in Casper.
Bottom line: IMHO, this is certainly a world class Tripel. I think it is a *must try* for anyone who claims to be a lover of Belgian Ales! GhostS (513) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - OCT 11, 2017
Aromă cu malț, drojdii, fructe galbene fermentate, puține citrice, pireu de mere ușor înăcrit.
Gust ușor, păcut, malț dulce, fructe galbene ușor fermentate, ceva citrice coapte, puține drojdii belgiene, ușoară amăreală pe fundal.
Bună și ușoară. Piepenhenrich (1229) - Steinbach, GERMANY - OCT 8, 2017
