COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Honoring St. Croix’s 15th anniversary, St. Croix Creamy Brown borrows from the traditions of the British Brown Ales, using generous amounts of Cluster hops for bittering and a dose of East Kent Golding hops for flavor and aroma. European specialty malts provide a complex flavor profile often missing in the Brown Ale category. Rounding out the brew is a North American twist, Canadian Honey Malt, to provide a touch of malt sweetness. While rich and flavorful, this is the kind of beer you can stay with all night. Pour a Creamy Brown for yourself and another for a friend.

12oz bottle. Filtered brown copper body. Thin beige head. Medium bodied. Didn’t quite get the honey until I read the description, but it certainly does add a sweet, creamy touch. Not the kind of beer that blows you away, but a mellow drinkable Brown Ale is always nice if you ask me. OK.
