Growler from brewery, crystal clear amber beer, huge white head, some lace. Aroma malt, hint of citrus. Taste is malt, faint hops. Palate is light, carbonation subdued. SHIG (4962) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - OCT 13, 2012
Draft: Poured a copper orange color with a white head. Aroma was nice hops and malts. Taste was hoppy up front and subsided to malts along with sweet grain. troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - OCT 12, 2011
[Tap] Part of a sampler at the brewpub in early September. Light amber in color. Crisp hoppy nose is mainly pine and mild citrus. Decent malty backbone is mostly of caramel and some biscuits. Moderate hoppy character throughout. Average to slightly below average palate. Herbal and grassy finish. Pretty good. savnac (2391) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JUN 15, 2009
On tap. Clear amber in color with a tiny off white head. Very light NW hop aroma and a faint caramel scent. Good balance of sweet and bitter to style, just a bit watered down. One of the breweries better offerings but the taste is very similar to all their other beers. Aggy360 (115) - Anchorage/ Vista,CA, Alaska, USA - JUN 14, 2009
Tap a brewery/resturant. Pours a clear caramel color. Aroma of malts and slight hop notes. The taste was good to style. Malty balanced with a slight NW hop character. Finished smooth. Easy drinker, I’d get it again.

I’m not much of a Pale lover, but this is a smooth tasting beer that goes down easy. CaptBier (323) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - JUL 13, 2008
Tap Sampler. Light copper color and bland aroma. There’s not much malt balance to it and a slight acidic bite.
