Smells IPA with some dose of creaminess. Pours light golden with little white head. The taste has a bit of wine in it. The aftertaste fails- quite gluey and sweet. Otherwise ok. Cunningham (8079) - Halden, NORWAY - JUL 1, 2014
Appearance: Golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing.olsvammel (7249) - Örebro, SWEDEN - JUN 27, 2014
Aroma: Citrus hoppy and fruity.
Palate: Medium + body. A bit sweet and a fine bitterness. Average carbonation. Oily texture.
Taste: Citric hoppy, rich pineapple and a fine malty back.
Overall impression: Not very typical British IPA. And nothing wrong with that. Just a bit to sweet.
Personal stats: Bottle Roberth bought at Systembolaget in Strömstad, Sweden
Bottle from Systembolaget. Smell of fruits and caramel, a bit like dried fruit. Smooth mouthfeel, creamy. Flowery taste with caramel. Well hidden alcohol. Mellow bitterness. Odd that they make an american IPA with low ABV and an english with very high ABV (compared to similar of it’s style). Very drinkable though. Zekada (427) - Helsingborg, SWEDEN - JUN 19, 2014
