COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Copper body, clean and with frothy head. Cinnamon, toast, cake, floral. I don’t see it listed but the about this for cinnamon in the aroma is remarkable. Dry taste, clean caramel cookie body, but not sweet at all. In fact it could use some sweetness to give the body strength and reduce the herbal dry aftertaste. I enjoy drinking this, but it’s not the last word in Amber ales. (33cl bottle brought from Uppsala by Bertanne, thanks!)

Clear deep amber color, steay beige head. Caramel and piney hops in the nose. Medium-bodied. Piney hoppy bitterness, sweet caramel backbone. Clean and good sweet amber ale.

Moebbels (797) - FINLAND - NOV 1, 2013
Very light amber body with a small white head. Nose has lots of pine, some tropical fruits and a touch of spices. The taste has a nice hoppy bite, followed by a dry aftertaste. Carbonation is lively and the palate is surprisingly rich for the low alcohol content. Overall quite nice and well balanced.

[email protected] Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild caramelly and mildly toasted notes. Flavour is toasted malts, mild coffee as well as some mild caramel/crystal notes to it.

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 15, 2013
Bottle, 4.5%. Good citric hop aroma. Clear amber colour. Big semi-stable frothy off-white head. The flavour starts off yeasty, but turns more malty after a while. There is some of the same hop in the flavour as the aroma, but not as distinct.
