[keg at the Hanging Bat, Edinburgh] Deep russet amber with almost no head, very little carbonation. Tacky, resinous aroma. On the taste, Fuggley, earthy bitterness at first, before some hop-based bitterness arrives in the form of pithy orange and lemon. Despite both of those flavours, it isn’t overly bitter – everything softens out pretty well [18012013]

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - DEC 29, 2012
It’s hazy orange-golden with a white, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, mostly oranges, other exotic fruits and malt. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes pretty much like the aroma, very aromatic, and the finish is slightly bitter and dry.

yngwie (17173) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 24, 2012
Bottle, from trade with Cunningham. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is on the hoppy side, with a touch of almost butterscotchy maltyness. Orange peel, resins and freshly mown grass. The flavor has a nice bitterness, balancing the malty backdrop. Grass, resins and orange peel. Medium to full body, quite dry. Mostly bitter finish. Tastes nice, drinks easily and is also quite quenching. 121124

kryon (3801) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - NOV 16, 2012
Pours amber with low white head Aromas of bready malts, biscuity. Aromas biscuity caramel. Can’t really see a lot of Cascade hops here... Ok bitterness, low to medium bodied. Ok Pale Ale
