3.5
SamTheBarrel (801) - Vallentuna, - NOV 19, 2013
330ml bottle of 2011 years vintage. Pours opaque dark mahogany, with a medium sized creamy tan head with good retention. Aroma of plums, raisins, apricots and muscovado. Taste of plums, raisins, apricots, muscovado, maple syrup and butterscotch. Heavy sweetness with a light bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture and flat carbonation. An overall well tasting relatively low alcohol barley wine, personally however I do prefer the style stronger.

Desverger (11122) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2017
Beer share at Lennarts, Malmö - Dark Amber to brown with off white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste with a plethora of dark dried fruit, brown sugar and caramel, some nice spices into the finish. Very nice and has aged well.

Clear copper of color with an off white head. An aroma of malt, wet cellar, old barley, dough and muldy. A flavor of malt, bread, weak toffee and wet paper.

rarbring (2294) - Linköping, SWEDEN - MAR 3, 2015
Aroma: Smelling of sweet dried fruits, plums, toffee, syrup, sherry.
Appearance: A clear amber colored beer. A low off-white head with some lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting toffee, bread, raisins, brown syrup, dried fruits, hay and vanilla.
Palate: Low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body.
Overall: Improving with age so far.
Note: Bottle 330 ml at home. (Vintage 2011) Reviewed 2015-03-03.

Pyrmir (5984) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - DEC 7, 2013
330 ml bottle, vintage 2011. Dark mahogany brown with quickly dissapating orange/tan head. Aroma of plums, raisins, apricots and dark sugar. Taste of plums, raisins, apricots, dark sugar, syrup and toffee. Sweet with nice fruity notes and light bitterness. I get the feeling that this would be better with a little more alcohol

KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 22, 2013
