Mörk lager som med sina fina rostade toner passar utmärkt till klassisk oktoberfestmat, till exempel schweinshaxe med knödel samt olika smakrika korvar.

Brunorange med beige skum. Malt, kornete og karamellukt. Mye smak, bitter humle. Medium kullsyre.

esox (1225) - Oulu, FINLAND - SEP 14, 2013
Bottled. Darkish amber, clear beer. Lacy and creamy head. Sweetish malt aroma with nutty and slightly sour toasted notes. Light floral hoppiness in the background. Slightly sugary-sweet flavor with a touch of sourness and lightly bitter finish. Somehow a bit watery and dull. Smooth texture, light to medium body.

olio (10434) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 14, 2013
33 cl bottle.
Pours dark red color with a small steady head. Caramel malts on the nose, some dried fruits, bread and faint roasty and berry notes. Flavor is fruity and a bit malty, some caramel, resin, grass notes and distant berries can be found also. Bitter malty palate, lingering roasty finish. Quite pleasant actually.

jookos (6908) - FINLAND - SEP 13, 2013
Bottle. Dark amber, almost nutty in colour. Really bready, dark grainy, malty nose with a bit of earthy-herby-doughy notes. A smooth medium full body, bready amber malts. Dry, slight bitter finish. Has flavours, but doesn’t seem like a stereotypical oktoberfest bier.

Mörkt kopparfärgad med svagt skum som hastigt avtar. Rostade toner precis som det står på etiketten. Ok som matöl antar jag. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

mikkopen (1187) - Guelph, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 12, 2013
330 ml bottle. Clear dark coppery colour, thin pale head. Malty aroma with toasted and fruity notes. The flavour is malty, again with some toasted notes, and a nicely aromatic, bitter hoppy finish. Not bad.

Ruby reddish brown clear beer with a nice soapy beige head dissolving to a permanent layer and leaving lacing on the glass. Aromas of citric grapefruity and piney fresh hops , nuts and bready sweet malts. Taste is bready malty, nutty, a little roasted and piney or soapy. There’s a fair amount of bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin to medium with moderate carbonation and a long dry finish. Surprisingly IPA or brown ale kind of an oktoberfest beer.

Nice clear color is mahogany with ruby, no head practically just bit lacing on top. Fresh aroma is citrus hoppy with nutty caramel malt in the mix, nice, tropical fruits. Medium body, round and soft but carbonation is also evident, sweet and bitter, finish is long and bitter. Nice one, tasty and nuanced but still easy to drink.
