COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An innovative and fresh session ale in the American style, brewed with the modern hop variety Citra. Pale Ale is a shining amber example of Jessica Heidrichs signature "Love and Hops" - easy to drink and rich with plenty of hop aromas and character. Aroma and taste - Large aroma and citrusy scent from the Citra hops with hints of elderflower, gooseberry and rhubarb reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc wine. Well-balanced and complex taste with distinct citrus floral bitterness. Long, fresh and aromatic bitter finish. Ingredients: Pale ale malt and Citra hops

33cl Bottle at Lost Property. Clear deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of pungent Citra hops, almost chemical, light caramel, citrus fruits. Flavour is light sweet, light malty, caramel, fruity citrus hops, lemon, mango, grapes, bitter hoppy finish, crackers. Light-bodied. Crisp, refreshing.

330 ml bottle. Aroma flowery hops with some grain. Taste is fairly neutral on the malt side, flowery hops gives a nice balance to it. Pretty thin body. Medium-high bitterness.

Nice white frothy head. Clear very light amber, looks a bit watery. Smells of lime and a hint of sweetness. Reminds me of summer and a shrimp sandwich:) taste is sweeter than the smell, but is well balanced with the lime appearing in the aftertaste. A well balanced and drinkable beer, hope the APA and IPA can match this :) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at the flat in Stockholm. Pours clear gold with a small, frothy white head. Dry, lightly spicy citrus on the nose. Medium sweet flavor with toasted white bread, dry orange, modest grass. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Moderately resinous at the end, with more grass, a bit of toasted pine, medium sweet toasty bread. The bitterness at times is just a touch too grassy and abrasive. Otherwise, its a very acceptable APA.
