COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An innovative and fresh session ale in the American style, brewed with the modern hop variety Citra. Pale Ale is a shining amber example of Jessica Heidrich’s signature "Love and Hops" - easy to drink and rich with plenty of hop aromas and character. Aroma and taste - Large aroma and citrusy scent from the Citra hops with hints of elderflower, gooseberry and rhubarb reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc wine. Well-balanced and complex taste with distinct citrus floral bitterness. Long, fresh and aromatic bitter finish. Ingredients: Pale ale malt and Citra hops

33 cl bottle. BBE 23.10.2012.
Pours clear pale golden color with small head. Aroma of hoppy citrus, grass, yeast and wood. Flavor of fruits, grass, yeast, buttery notes and goose berries. A bit stuffy on the nose, otherwise decent.

330ml bottle from K-Supermarket Kamppi

BBE 23.10.2012 - Pours clear yellow with a bubbly white head. Aroma of gooseberry, lemon and citrusy fruits. Taste is quite light with some citrusy fruits and hops. Slightly bitter and sticky finish. A bit too light bodied, but otherwise quite tasty.

33 cl bottle @ olio, BBE 23.10.2012
Aroma is stale with lots of gooseberry bush, some fruits and nettles. Flavour is rather stale too with gooseberry bush, nettles, hints of fruits and ash. Too stale stuff although the hops are nice here.

KnutAlbert (6791) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 30, 2012
Golden beer, a floral punch in the nose. A clean citra flavour, citrus and herbs. Bitter finish. Not complex, and other hops would have improved, but it is a next to perfect refreshment. Great lawnmower stuff.

3.4
ElDesmadre (3630) - Mikołów, POLAND - MAR 22, 2012
Bottle. Hazy orange with a not too durable head. Aroma is mainly pine and resin, some less tropical fruit (mango, grapefruit, subtle lichee) plus some malt. Beautiful Citra smell. Low carbonation, oilish consistency. In the flavour the malt is dominated by resiny-tropical hops, and quite a strong bitterness. This may be not the most flavoursome pale ale ever (in fact, it is not too assertive in terms of roma while drinking) but it is very drinkable and refreshing. A fast paced beer not to muse about but to drink and enjoy.
