Bottled. Clear nut brown, mid sized head. Smoky nose with juniper and beechwood. Malt sweetness combine with peat to a whisky liqueur flavour. Medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. The juniper smoke brings a Gotlandsdricke flavour, but where Gotlandsdricke is soft and rustic this is clean and elegant. larsniclas (7075) - Billdal, SWEDEN - SEP 9, 2011

Deep amber with an off-white head.
Leather and smoke in both aroma and flavour. Slightly metallic.

Pretty light body. Marsiblursi (3076) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 9, 2011
(Bottle) Pours clear orange amber with a sand coloured head. The aroma is subtle and clean smoky with undertones of unripe oranges, light dried fruits, tar, campfire and meat alongside a touch of minerals. Well-balanced nose. The flavor is light sweet to dry, light bitter and tiny, tiny acidic. Smoke, meat, tar, campfire, dried fruits, oranges, wet wood/wet stone and minerals. The mouthfeel is clean and watery with a medium carbonation. Smokey finish with a whisper of dried oranges. Light bodied. BeerSkull (1373) - SWEDEN - SEP 8, 2011
Thrilling smoky and sour aroma with hints of stables and animals. Clearly smoky flavor with hints of burnt wood, stables, hay and malt. The aftertaste is a bit thin and slightly dry. A nice beer! but I miss the aromas of smoked sausage / meat that are in the German Rauchbiers. Nisse666 (7414) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 7, 2011

33cl bottle, bought @ Systembolaget Avenyn, Göteborg. Last day of visit, shared with Gnoff.

Bottle 330ml. A clear red-amber colour with an shortlasting, good lacing, beige head. An aroma of smoked and burned malt and caramel. The taste sweet. A medium body, oily texture, average carbonation and a long finish. A well-balanced rauchbier gyllenbock (9160) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 4, 2011
Clear reddish/brown with a large head. Soft aroma of smoke, wood and smoked ham. Not as much taste of smoked ham as in most of the German Smoked beers. Still quite good and enjoyable.
