Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of citrus, bread, lemon peel and lots of grassy/citric hops. Rather light body, quite dry. Refreshing and quite hoppy for a witbier. Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, small head. Juicy, perfumy coriander aroma. Mid sweet with light body. Intense soapy flavours from Sorachi ace hops, also heavy on coriander. Refreshing, although perhaps overly intense for a witbier. Lots of juicy orange peel and quite some hop bitterness.
