On tap at Mekong for the St Feuillien/Green Flash Collaboration Tapping on 08/05/2010. Clear golden body with a small white head. Spice and floral hop aroma. Sweet spice and floral hop notes, very well balanced. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

Hazy 10 karat pour with a towering meringue head that left healthy spotting inside the glass. Aroma of lemongrass, yeast, citrus, and peppery spice. Flavor is similar and shows none of the 9.5% ABV inherent to the brew. Head stays throughout the sip. Impressive really. (750ml bottle best by 4-22-12 thanks to blutt59) opaque golden pour with effervescent carbonation and a big white head with tons of retention. Nose is floral, big and heavy on the spices, coriander, cinnamon and pear along with some brett. Taste of alcohol, cinnamon, spicy, candied pears, grassy, floral and very dry. On tap to tulip. Faint yellow with thin head. Basically a decent tripel with hops. I’d rather they leave the hops out, I don’t like the balance. Many will like this combination but I didn’t care for it,

overcarbonated. light yellow with a huge white head of tightly packed bubbles. smells of funky lemons, and spives( pepper, minor bit of lavender, thyme, dried bell pepper). i’d enjoy ranting about "yet another belgian ipa" and i have a good 5 minutes i could do on it, but i can’t this is good. not the kind of good that appeals to all facets of me, but this is a good example of what a "belgian" ipa can be. touch down oklahoma, fuck you florida state. this is dry, and leaves that powder like note on my toingue that i am a sucker for. hopped up flavor that has a dried cantoulope flavor to it. dry, with light spice coming out with each sip. citrus is flavorfull and melds well. the yeasty flavors are perfect for thisl, little bit of funk, dry, some bread notes, and pepper. beerbastard (844) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - SEP 10, 2010
Too many great beers in this style. Big white head that disappeared right away. Sweet Belgium nose hop back ground with apple blossoms.

A: The pour is a hazy pale yellow color with a huge white head.
S: The nose is of sweet light fruits such as apples and pears, grass, and light malty sweetness. There is a touch of metal in there too, for some reason, along with subtle yeast esters providing some spice.
T: Sweet and bready malts with plenty of green apples, sweet pears, and floral honey-like notes. There are some nice grassy hop notes as well.
M: The body is on the light end of medium with a very lively carbonation.

Served on tap at the OTM Tasting Room. The appearance is a fairly hazy yellow with a nice size white head. The aromas are bready and yeasty with some citrus hops trying to poke through. The flavors are creamy with the expected bready/yeasty tones but the new world additions really come through nice with a woody malt notes, a citrus note too. The mouth is really creamy.
