Draught at Delirium. Pale, ever so slightly cloudy gold, white head, fades, great lacing. Usual Belgian nose, clove, banana, some fruity hops. Flavour is medium bitter backed by tripel characteristics. Fizzy, medium light body, fruity finish. SDalkoholic (2393) - Linda Vista, California, USA - JAN 17, 2014
Bottle from South Bay Drugs: Almost didn’t notice this bottle since I expected Green Flash would have been bottling it. Created a monstrous formation of soapy foam while the liquid was a pale blondish color that had dense carbonation bubbles rising to the top. As for the nose, a spicy and soapy aroma dominates and has some scents in here that I just wouldn’t know what they were. Almost like a pine or jasmine smell with a distant aroma of lemon grass and root beer. The flavor was intensely spicy with an authentic strain of Belgian yeast, but not surprising since Green Flash has been known to brew up some tasty Belgian strong ales and as for St. Feuillien, making high quality ales is their thing. Has an undertone taste of lemon zest, coriander, and light touch of juniper berries. This is a heavy hitting combination of brewers and hit the spot on a sizzling summer day and after a week of no drinking. fitwitchik (433) - Ohio, USA - DEC 7, 2013
Poured from a bomber into a St. Feuillien goblet a golden brew with a thick off white head
Aroma of funk tells me we got Belgium yeast. Malty floral & citrus follows.
Taste is classic abbey ale but with some citrus thrown into the barnyard. Totally a brew I would enjoy with a heavy meal.
Overall I would say this a well above average collaboration brew & would easily buy again to share with others over dinner.

A golden amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with nice citrusy floral hops , California meets Belgium, nice and silky. In mouth, a great Belgian IPA with fruity esters, floral hops, citrus pulp, coriander, nice, complex and refreshing. Bottled. Cloudy golden with a high, fine head. Nice citrus hop nose, oranges and peaches. Light spice, clean biscuity malt. Full, sweet malt flavor, quite spicy, big citrus hops. Nicely bitter finish. A bit on the sweet side, but very crisp and clean finish with great hops.
