COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

Flaska från Saveur Bieré, ett år gammal flaska. Smak och doft av humle, belgisk jäst, koriander, örter, citrus med toner av ananas och honung. Frisk, fruktig, rund och len, fin balans och beska.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2017 Loads of bubbles n fluffy head. Spearmint bubblegum, honey graham cracker aroma. Spicy with floral hops. Slighy fruity but the hop character is just dry and fresh. Really good, much more complex and tasty than I expected.

Aroma: Biscuit (hint of speculoos), ripe banana, apricot, spicy nose (coriander ?) ; Appearance: clear, pale yellow, medium white head ; Taste: medium-high sweetness, medium-low bitterness ; Palate: medium body, thin feel, medium-high carbonation, average finish (spicy yeasty aftertaste). Correct, but far from awesome.

pours clear light gold with a frothy and creamy white head offering good retention and lacing. softly cushy pale grainy honeyed maltiness, wet sweaty grains, white grapes, some sweetness - wort and honey; faint herbal and almost leafy hops, metal, minerals, pepper, fruity belgian yeast, belgian spices. moderate carbonation, light body, relatively dry spicy-citrusy finish. sweet/sweaty grains/bread. nope.

Great light orange color, not much head to speak of. Aroma of Belgian yeast, fruit, hops, spices.. nice balance. Taste is wheat, hops, spices... a little bitter and dry on the backend. It’s a quality brew.

Pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head that leaves pretty good lacing. Nose is of hay, slight peppery phenols and malt. Not really fruity and the husky malts just take too much place for my liking. Taste is fairly dry with more pepper, very light fruits and more of that awkward multigrain bread/malts. Moderately bitter. Body is medium, carbonation moderately high. One good thing I can say is that it doesn’t feel like 7.5% at all. That doesn’t mean much, though, as it is just a weak belgian ale. Too much cereals and not enough of the belgian character.
