COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

Draft as St. Feuillien Blanche. Pours a hazy golden body with a white head. Coriander, wheat some light lemon and citrus notes. A hint of spices amongst the wheat tones and a thin quick drying. Okay.

una bella bionda dabbazzia,ci che colpisce maggiormente e lintenso profumo di fiori. Dal corpo decisamente strutturato lascia alla birra parecche note di agrumi, spezie e una punta di anice.

Little cloudy yellow to bright orange beer, thick creamy white adhesive head. Aroma: clearly distinctive hop aroma, yeast note, little bit sweet and malty, but just a tiny bit. MF: nicely balanced carbon, creamy soft texture, full body. Taste: mild and gentle hop flavour, dense malts, citrus fruits and spices. Aftertaste: balanced dry hoppiness, fruits, citrus and pepper.

Clear yellowish-orange, very carbonic. Very fine white creamy head that stays on for a long time. Some flakey sediment floating around on the carbon bubbles. In the nose some citrus. Full and bitter taste, very bitter dry aftertaste, yet very pleasing.

From a 750ml bottle. Poured a hazy yellow with notable sediment (not a drawback, as far as Im concerned). Earthy and citrus notes on the nose -- specifically lemon and a little bit of hay. Yeasty, light, very carbonated, and very hops-bitter for the style. Nice.

Bottle. Fresh hoppy, citrus aroma. Clear golden pour with a fine white head. Quite bitter, citrus fruit, malt, dry tasting. This brewery always produces quality complex ales. Nice one.

Bright golden color with large white head that settles slowly to the edges, good lacing. Lots going on here, with flowers, spice and grass. Refreshing and malty, good spices throughout. Body is OK, medium I guess. Easy to drink, nice addition to the style.

Pors a beautiful clear golden colour. More highly carbonated then other light ales. Aroma tinged with citrus, tart scents. Bitter to the taste with a citrus edge. Very nice beer.

Light blonde color, a bit cloudy, with a tall head. Yeasty aroma with spice, citrus, and hops. Medium sweet flavor, a bit fruity, with citrus and grainy malt character. Ok hops. Decent but not really exciting. Good balance, though.
