Bottle 0,7l: Golden hazy colour, with a nice white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, sugar and fruity ending. Flavor is almost the same, nice fruity mouth feeling, mixed with a typical belgian yeast/citric body. Medium body and a nice medium fruity finish. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - MAY 18, 2009
draft at Gollem in Amsterdam - Pours gold with a lasting white head and an aroma of malt and yeast. It tastes of a very nice balance of sweet malt and bittering hops with a pleasantly bitter, gently dry finish. This one is an easy drinking, very solid session brew. 33cl bottle, bought it in Belgium, in a beer hall.
Fresh, sweet smell, not terribly interesting.
Very nice honey taste, with hints of coffee. Nice warm palate. bhensonb (15347) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 24, 2009
Bottle at Au Trappistes. Served in the correct glass. Dark gold with a large white head. Aromas of yeast and spice. Medium body. Pleasant carbonation. Flavor is a hint of kandi, hop and yeast spice over a nice malt base. Each sip starts towards sweet but ends towards dry. Finish is clean with lurking hop notes. An extremely nice beer - even before the moules arrived. esox (1225) - Oulu, FINLAND - FEB 14, 2009
Bottle @ Le Cirio, Brussels. Golden coloured beer with a huge and cloudy head. The aroma is fruity, it had orange, floral hops and spiciness of coriander and pepper. Malts are caramelly and not very heavy. The flavor is sweetish, fruity and slightly bitter. Some toffy in the finish. The palate is medium bodied, velvety and a bit foaming at first. It feels very light for a strong ale.

330mL bottle from Rumbles. Pours amber/orange, very effervescent. Maintains a big smooth filmy head, which looks amazing. Nice lacing
Aroma is full of citrus fruit and coriander. Some spice is there, a sweet smelling beer, cloves like a tripel, some apple and caramel malt.
Flavour begins with some citrus fruit and coriander, a slight hop bitterness follows with a smooth caramel malt cleaning up after the show. Not a lot on the finish, short and mildly bitter. Very impressed with the head on this, still lingered significantly right down to the last drop.
Fruity and herbaceous, I’d have this one again. tiggmtl (4544) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 26, 2009
Strong lemon citrus character with plenty of herbal hops in the nose. Brilliantly clear golden body is topped by a generous and fine bubbled, dense white head that recedes slowly to a lasting cover with beautiful lacing. Bitterness up front is joined by a fruity note that is reminiscent of their tripel. Malty sweetness emerges and lingers. Very dry medium body with strong effervescence that engages the tongue. Another one that really is well preserved despite being five years old... Tulip glass. Bottle. Lot number 136287 purchased through Bieropholie in September 2003 and left unrated in the cellar until now! Best before 23/01/06. I think this could have well lasted another few years by how fresh it tasted! Joakgust (1460) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JAN 22, 2009
Bottle, 75 cl - Hazy blond beer with a large white head. Aroma is spicy with strong notes of spices, peaches and ripe fruits. Flavor is sourish sweet with hints of spices and fruits. Good very easy to drink beer! TheJollyOne (230) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JAN 11, 2009
Light golden body under a lasting white head. Hint of caramel, mostly hoppy grass and a bit of flowers. Taste is mostly a slight dry and sour floral, but bitter finish. Quite light and fizzy. Nice, though I admit Im having trouble discerning the bad and good of this style. Keeper (253) - Milano, ITALY - DEC 7, 2008
tap.golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. Dry and fresh acidulous fruity aroma. Crisp wheaty taste, nicely balaced with a fine bitterness, an orange fruitiness and some mild spices
