COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

750 ml corked bottle. Huge frothy beige head leaving excellent lacework. Hazed, greyish golden, well carbonated body. Very dry and fresh acidulous fruity aroma. Crisp wheaty taste, nicely balaced with a fine bitterness, an orangey fruitiness and some mild spices. Healthy body. Dry, gently bitter and peppery finish. A very refreshing Blonde.

75cl bottle. golden with big white head. very acidic and too fizzy/bubbly, better leave it settle a bit. alcohol also pushes strong through.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours an unclear golden / yellow colour with long lasting head. Aroma is fruit and spice, coriander. Flavor is again fruit (citrus) and a little spice. Hops kick in as well.

75 cl Bottle. Not my favourite blonde I tell you A slightly acidic taste from the high, not at all balanced alcohol. The only thing saving this beer from being total rubbish is the nice spicyness and fruitiness.

strong aroma, citrus dominates but other stuff below that. hazy golden with large white head. caramel, honey, grass, refreshing but with a "old-caramelly" undertone. perhaps oats. overall nice brew. but not over the top stellar.

Bottle at home with book. Aroma is spicey and pale malts, honey and fruity, floural and citrusy. Taste was similar but nicely balanced, peppery yet alround very appealing. Very nicely done and good to get a decent belgian strong ale at last!

Bottle. 25cl. Rating #50 Pours blonde with a quick fading head. Nose are hops. Aromas are citrus and hops. Very bitter, lacks aftertaste but its mainly bitterdry. Dissapointed with this beer, cant see anyone rate this 4 or better ever.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a lacing white head. Spiced coriander and light wheaty aroma with a distinct yeasty note. Flavour starts sweet and goes into a light yeasty and then spiced set of flavours. Ends somewhat bitter and spiced. Easy to drink beer that goes really well with Italian and mild spiced food.
