COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

Some flowery, citrusy bubble gum aspect, but bit harsh grainy kick, some spices. Light sweetness with light bitterness. Not bad, but not the best example of moderate Belgian

Hazy golden. Big frothy head shows decent persistence but low lacing. Quite a lot of carbonation visible. Aroma has a crackery foundation and a hint of earthiness followed by strong fruity hints (pear, orange, lemon, overall mostly on the citric side). Taste is a little different than the smell suggested. Crackery malts, sweet caramel/sugar and strongly earthy/yeasty with a slight herbal freshness. Overall slightly on the sweet side, bitterness perhaps a little higher than style average. Medium body with very dense carbonation, resulting in a full but quite heavy mouthfeel. Overall flavourful and ok, but a bit of a mess, far from what i would call a fine beer.

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2017 Pours hazy golden with a frothy, white head. The aroma contains fruits, malt, citrus, hops, yeast and spices. It tastes medium sweet and medium bitter, with a long light dry, spicy and hoppy finish. Medium body, slick texture, rather lively carbonation. Very drinkable. (Edited 4/8/17)

Bue 7 mois avant DLC. Belle mousse blanche qui tient. Carbonation moyenne.

Yellow beer with a medium sized white head. Fairly yeasty aroma with notes of bananas and some floral notes. None of the promised citrus. Light bitter, yeasty taste, with weak bready notes, somewhat dryish. Fizzy carbonation and a creamy texture. Typical belgian, not much else to say.
