COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

This is a very good beer. They got the balance just right between bitterness and a slight sweetness. Citrus wheaty aromas. Full flavor. A little nutty even. Like it.

Pours Hazy golden. Big head with medium persistence. Aromas are fruity, mostly orange, lemon. Nice balance between malt and yeast. Bitterness is pleasant, a little bit higher than average. Carbonation is fairly strong. Overall very good Belgian Ale.

Light on the mouth with spicey lemon yeast. Lace that stays in the cup, many small bubbles from good carbonation. Really 7.5%? Malty and refreshing. Bit of dry bitter afterataste from hops. Floral yeasty aroma.

75 cL bottle. Clear, golden, straw color with large white head and nice lacing. Slight bubble gum aroma with sweetness. The flavor has orange peel and some cucumber (with the skin). It is quite effervescent and that brings out the hops nicely. It is somewhat dry at the finish. Delicious beer, love this style now, too.

Golden colour. Nice, thick, foamy white head. Fruity, vanilla, spicy & slight hoppy nose. Flavour is pretty much the same, but has a little yeasty, metallic finish. Full bodied. This is good stuff.
