COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a generous head - compact and firm. Its slightly brown colour is the result of the roasted barley. It has a dark ruby brown colour and a very intense aroma. The aromatic herbs and spices used greatly enhance its delicious smell. This beer is full-bodied with a smoothness that is the result of the synergy of caramelized malts, carefully controlled fermentation and long cold storage. St Feuillien Cuvée de Noël has a very subtle bitterness that is the dominant flavour in this harmonious ale that strikes a perfect balance between all the different ingredients.

Pours a redish brown body with a large beige head. Aroma of sweets and dried fruits. Taste is rich of malty flavours but foremost raisins. Very nice and well balanced.

I bought this bottle at amstein and I drank it in family yesterday in Lausanne. In my opinion, it is a pleasant beer. The color is brown and orange, brown and white foam. The carbonation is average. The taste is sweet, malty, bready, good notes of apricot candy sugar, some hop. For a Christmas edition, there is maybe a lack of ginger bread, good one.

Nice Belgian Christmas ale but slightly overrated. Aroma is very sweet and sugary. Taste is sweet and Belgian (candi sugar). Finish is very nice, sweet, bitter and loads of toffee. Average Belgian with a very nice finish.

Clear copper colour with nice fluffy head on top. Aroma has anise, herbal notes, grass. Taste has a lot of anise, herbal notes, not much else. Medium body and high carbonation. Very herbal and I don’t know where the Christmas is in here. Not my thing.
