Light floral hops in aroma with a little booze. Pours clear golden with huge fizzy head and good lacing. Average carbonation, medium palate. Finishes a little bitter with dose of sourness on the extended aftertaste. Not bad - a beer that tastes oddly sessionable for alcohol content. Nose is pine, herbs and a touch of spice. Taste is honey, spices, a touch of nut, lingers with a herbal and lightly peppered finish. Mouthfeel is full. Not as complex as might be anticipated, but a very nice beer. JK54B (1602) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 15, 2013

Bottle from LCBO. Pours clear, very-pale yellow, with a 1-inch foamy head. Aroma of grapes, spices, and alcohol. Taste starts off with sweet grapes and vanilla, spice, with a warm alcohol finish. Didn’t impress me too much at first but I was enjoying it quite a bit by the end. Spab (4083) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 11, 2013
