Pours an occluded golden rod color with white head. Spice, coriander, and raw wheat on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with spice. yngwie (17186) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 19, 2014
On tap at the Yard House, Houston. It’s an unclear yellow-golden beer with a small off-white head. It’s quite butterscotchy on the nose, with canned fruits, pale malts, coriander and some orange peel. Medium body, a bit hard carbonation, quite dry on the palate. Mostly fruity flavor, with a little bitterness, orange peel and some spiced hints. Rather short finish. Luckily the butterscotch isn’t as evident in the flavor as in the aroma. Still a pretty boring one. 140516
