Clear gilen pour. Aroma is strong coriander. Taste is spicey and some birnt wood. Nice bitter bite at end. Not overwhelming. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - AUG 22, 2010
Draught at Delaneys. How am I the first person to rate this one? Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells of ginger, coriander, peppery, perfumy. Tastes of ginger, some sweet wheat, peppery, some citrussy splashes. Grassy finish. shrubber85 (11460) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - AUG 15, 2011
Tap at the New Albanian. Lemon, banana, clove, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with small head. Orange, lemon, clove, coriander, and wheat malt flavor. Excellent. Travlr (25269) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 23, 2011
Draft at Paradiso Dupont. Cloudy straw colored, scant head. Aroma of lemon peel and light spice. Taste is malty and fruity. Good earthquake beer. Smurf2055 (1400) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 27, 2012
On tap at Bottleworks. Pours a hazy yellow with a finger of white head, good retention. Smell is soothing clove and coriander, a bit of straw and a hint of yeast. Taste is wheaty, barnyard up front, lots and lots and lots of hay. A bit of clove toward the end. The yeast is present, but overpowered by the horsey taste. Easy drinking, smooth, and light bodied. Great beer.

On draught at Delaney’s, pretty surprised like Cletus tha this hasnt received more ratings, but there you go. Nice wit coloring and aroma that usually isnt too strong from a wit unless there is some artificial flavors, but this seemed like a pretty pure witbier. Nice crisp lean flavor of spice, a little orange, coriandor, all the rest that are normal for a witbier. Very much a middle of the road white except for the abv, it will catch up with you very quickly. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - OCT 25, 2010
draft @ Blue Monk, Buffalo. Great wit beer IMO. cloudy yellow pour. Fruity yeasty, bubble gum. Well balanced, not complicated but damn good. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 12, 2011
Tap at Paradiso Dupont. The pour is cloudy, full hazy bright yellow with pineapple sorbet translucency and glow. Medium, meringue head. Nose is heavy floral with white grapefruit along with sweet vanilla. As it warms, more complexities like fresh cotton, lemon zest, grapefruit peel. Taste is melon sorbet, cantaloupe, pineapple, lemon. Palate is ultra soft and sorbet in feeling. Immensely drinkable with no water, soap, or chalkiness. White pepper is not too prominent. Wow- what an awesome beer. nickd717 (4707) - San Francisco, California, USA - AUG 23, 2010
On tap at Rose & Crown. Pours hazy yellowish in color with a lasting two-finger fluffy white head. Nice aroma - very wheaty with citrus peel, Belgian yeast, and a little banana. Well-balanced and tasty, only slightly sweet, with a very light wheaty taste, orange and lemon zest, Belgian yeast, and spice. The mouthfeel is amazing on this beer. Incredibly silky and smooth, like air almost. Medium-light body, but not at all watery, just incredibly smooth. A very nice witbier overall. Extremely drinkable. tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - AUG 26, 2011
Draft. Pour is a straw gold with a good and lasting white head. Aroma is citrus, corriander, banana, lemon. Taste is soft wheat malt with lots of fruit (banana, orange, lemon) and a nice yeasty softness. Palate is creamy, light body, soft carobnation, clean finish. Just a really nice summer wit, so good that I got two!
