St-Feuillien’s Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde beer, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang.Judge for yourself. 750s and 20L kegs only. In first instance, for export to the USA only.

75 cl. Blonde un peu trouble. Nez : "de saison" avec du floral : grains, herbes, épices ... Goûts : citron, herbes, malt, épices. Pas mal !

vinivini (3079) - Gomel, BELARUS - NOV 7, 2017
Bottle. Hazy light amber pour with good off-white head. Aroma: fruit, spicy yeast, hay, straw. Medium body. Medium dry taste. The maltiness is present still not leading. Yeast and fruit define the picture. Hoppy ending. Good.

White foam, abundant at first but very little retention. A LOT of deposit.
Aroma: bread and cereals, herbs. Dry hopped in theory, but not a noticeable hoppy character
Taste: what you'd expect for any regular saison, maybe a bit sweeter than average. Some honey maybe? Good, yet not outstanding.
Light body, fizzy, long and slightly bitter finish.

Ascelja (1802) - Neratovice, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 23, 2017

Aroma 4. Appearance 4. Taste 7. Palate 4. Overall 13. Light fruity and herbal aroma, taste is stronger with yeast flavour. Good long finish.

jjsint (3523) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 6, 2017
Bottle from Brewklopedia, Leicester. Shared at home. Dark gold, cloudy with a very thin layer of white head. Lemon, grapefruit and light herbal notes complement the doughy aroma. In the taste, there's sweetness from the yeast but this is all about the light refreshing bitterness of the hop. Notable tartness in the long finish with citrus and vinous flourishes in the aftertaste. Alcohol is hidden very well. The body is on the thin side with high carbonation. An excellent drink.
