St-Feuillien’s Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde beer, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang.Judge for yourself. 750s and 20L kegs only. In first instance, for export to the USA only.

J’ai reçu cette bière d’un ami. Excellente bière, sucrée. Un petit cote belge aussi, très bonne premiere impression d’une St-Feuillien.

One of the best Saison’s I’ve tried, St. Feuillien is the real deal, exuding Belgian terroir in ever sip. Nose of mild apple, spicy hops, and pear. Bright juicy fruit flavors with mild spicy yeast phenols. Eminently balanced, both quenching and flavorful. Pours heavily hazy yellow with a small white head.

Bottle, 0.33. Hazy orange, white head. The aroma contains fresh hay, grassy hops, spicy yeast, a bit of red apple. Flavors are citrus(mainly grapefruit), spicy yeast notes, clove. Peppery. Finish is lightly bitter and dry. Refreshing.

11.2oz can from Beer52.com. A hazy straw coloured pour with a loose cream head; aroma of yeast and caramel; smooth in the mouth, with a sweet grainy taste; then a light grassy bitterness. A rather plain and ordianry saison.

simontomlinson (720) - Blackburn, Lancashire, ENGLAND - MAR 26, 2017
Pure white creamy head stayed well on a hazy orange coloured, still body. Very fruity aroma with Belgian yeast. Medium body. Sharp, highly carbonated & very tingly on the palate. Clean on the aft. Dry. Yeasty tastes with under ripe, sour fruits. Sweeter on the back with peach & candied sweets.

Silvan7 (1281) - Samarate, ITALY - MAR 21, 2017
Bottle @ home.

MetalMurphy (777) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAR 12, 2017
bottle @ drink shop (budapest) yellow colour, normal body, high carbonated, citrus, yeast, hoppy

Shag (3071) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - MAR 4, 2017
A bright golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some lemons, grassy notes, spices, and floral notes. The flavor is slightly sour and a tad bit sweet with some lemons, yeasty notes, and spices. Crisp and dry finish on this one. Overall a very easy drinking but tasty saison.
