St-Feuillien’s Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde beer, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang.Judge for yourself. 750s and 20L kegs only. In first instance, for export to the USA only.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2015 Bottle shared with yrcrz. Pours golden and hazy. Malty herbal and spicy aroma. Taste has tons of spice, but not overpowering. A slight fruitiness and a slightly dry finish.

Bottle from Brewklopedia, Leicester. Shared at home. Dark gold, cloudy with a very thin layer of white head. Lemon, grapefruit and light herbal notes complement the doughy aroma. In the taste, there's sweetness from the yeast but this is all about the light refreshing bitterness of the hop. Notable tartness in the long finish with citrus and vinous flourishes in the aftertaste. Alcohol is hidden very well. The body is on the thin side with high carbonation. An excellent drink.

C'est très belge et dominé par la levure, pas légère non plus, du coup pas trop mon style, sans plus donc.

Poobah (455) - New Orleans, Louisiana, USA - AUG 28, 2017
Lemon-gold and cloudy with a thin head and a dark fruit nose. Easy intro with light carbonation and a plum finish.

On the glass, amber, hazy and white head; nose fragrant ( bread) fruity, floral , herbs and mineral; taste: full balanced creamy body with a good balance between freshness and softness, soft carbonation with a medium bitter final.

M4grem (83) - North Carolina, USA - AUG 3, 2017
A really good light farmhouse. Good aroma and medium mouth. Very drinkable and good to start with. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The Etruscan (704) - Tuscany, ITALY - JUL 23, 2017
Off white creamy head. Light amber colour. Aroma is moderately malty with fruity (citrus, pear and apricot) and light hoppy notes. Flavor is moderately malty with fruity (pear and apricot) and light hoppy tones, ending in a modrately fruity finish. Light to medium bodied.

rotaman14 (669) - Wiesbaden, GERMANY - JUL 8, 2017
Bottle. Rather unconvincing aroma with weakish hints of yeast and thus banana. Again, taste is dominated by yeast and little else. A hint of bitterness. This beer is extremely average as far as ales go.

loscovar (600) - Trieste, ITALY, Villeneuvette, FRANCE - JUL 4, 2017
Bottle from la superette à bieres. Well, it is a good beer, but it’s a bit overrated to me.
