COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Pours clear and golden with slightly aggressive head. Upfront malt balanced with quick appearing hops that balances very well. Sweet malt abounds and caramel and honey come forward after the early rush. Long sweet finish with a warm glow. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Uzupełnienie profilu notatki.
Piana o małych i średnich oczkach, bialutka, trwała, zdobi szkło. Kolor jasne złoto zmętnione. Aromat słodowy, biszkoptowy, zbożowy oraz silnie drożdżowy, w tle sa owoce typu belgijskiego i nuta chmielowa, kwiatowe. Smak podobnie jak w aromacie dominuje tu ciasteczkowa świeża słodowośc, drożdże, lekka owocowość i nuty przyprawowe, ostre. Wysokie nagazowanie i średnie odczucie ciała dają lekkości piwu, na finiszu można wyczuć chmielowe smaki i lekko zaznaczoną goryczkę. Piwo złożone Bardzo dobre, nie powala.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a firm and slightly off-white foamy head of medium size. Mildly biscuity malty aroma with flowery and fruity notes of citrus, accompanied by coriander and yeasty spice. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft and well-carbonated mouthfeel. Elegant malty base with notes of biscuits and brioche, subtle fruity accents of apricot and citrus, also flowery and mildly spicy notes; moderately sweet malty, fruity and flowery finish with little spices and a well-masked alcoholic strength. Good. 12.XI.17

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with my colleagues. Aroma of yeast, dried fruit, caramel, flowers and herbs. Pours cloudy golden color with rocky white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with moderate sweet bready malt, following is yeasty, fruity and herbal, mouthfeel is warming with quite well hidden alcohol, while finish is light bitter. Full body, thick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Toast of the night for my second daughter's birth...
