COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

kapusil (1592) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 2, 2018
0.33l bottle. Golden body with an enormous white head. The aroma is very sweet. Ripe banana dominates backed up with some medicinal notes, sugar syrup and spicy phenols. The medicinal character rules the taste with notes of grassy hops, spicy phenols. Quite weird to sip a this medicinal tripel, but it's all right.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2017 Mousse abondante. Nez citron, quelques notes de pêche. Ronde en bouche, équilibrée par une belle acidité. L'amertume reste bien en longueur. L'ensemble procure une sensation de fraîcheur. Bière très agréable.

Appearance: Pours hazy light golden with a lasting thick creamy white head, good lacing. 5/5 Aroma: Citrus, coriander and sweet spice, with hints of yeast and hops. 6/10 Taste: Sugar, citrus, herbs and spice. Flavor begins with some sweet fruits, continues drier and bitter, that balances the sweetness perfectly, and leading to a lingering finish with a nice spicy (somewhat peppery) hoppiness and yeast notes. 8/10 Mouthfeel: Full bodied, fine carbonated. 4/5 Overall 8/20
