COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation - very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period.

Draft goblet at The Map Room, Chicago. Big golden pour with a bit of haze and a white thin pils head. Sweet tripel malt smell cuts through the damnable cigarette smoke in the room. Taste is almost too light, though. A nicely toasted light malt taste, slight bitterness. But the alcohol is hidden here. I know it’ll ambush me at some point, but I just couldn’t pick it out.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a firm and slightly off-white foamy head of medium size. Mildly biscuity malty aroma with flowery and fruity notes of citrus, accompanied by coriander and yeasty spice. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft and well-carbonated mouthfeel. Elegant malty base with notes of biscuits and brioche, subtle fruity accents of apricot and citrus, also flowery and mildly spicy notes; moderately sweet malty, fruity and flowery finish with little spices and a well-masked alcoholic strength. Good. 12.XI.17

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with my colleagues. Aroma of yeast, dried fruit, caramel, flowers and herbs. Pours cloudy golden color with rocky white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with moderate sweet bready malt, following is yeasty, fruity and herbal, mouthfeel is warming with quite well hidden alcohol, while finish is light bitter. Full body, thick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Toast of the night for my second daughter's birth...

Bottle. Intense caramel and citrus aroma. Blonde body with thick head o' foam. Lasting bitterness, grapefruit tartness. Excellent

75 cl. champagne bottle. Clear golden. High, lasting white head. Aroma of light dried fruit, spices and orange marmalade. Refreshing spice tones contribute to freshness. Light body for a beer of 8.5%. Dry aftertaste with distinctive spice tones. A nice triple.

.33l bottle poured a cloudy golden beer. Head is white thick and soapy. Nose is sweet, malt and candy sugar. Taste is strong alcohol, fine combination between bitter and sweet.
