Lore (2919) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 21, 2014
Clear golden colour, moderate, quite quickly disappearing white head; aroma of floral notes, grains and some carsboard; taste of maltyness with metallic and cardboard notes as well as some honey; would be drinlable on a hot summer day

2.6
Borresteijn (7517) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 5, 2014
33cl Bottle from an Ethiopian shop. Clear pale golden colour, dense white head. Aroma of grain, a little sourness, sweet malts, some honey, corn, light grassy. Flavour is medium sweet, malts, light floral, hint of honey, grain, hint of sourness, light-bitter finish. Light-bodied. Way better than expected.

mkel07 (6440) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - OCT 17, 2014
Bottle from Casablanca Brasserie 171014. Mt first ever beer from Ethiopia and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. While it doesn’t set the world on fire this beer was much better than I expected.

1.2
wheresthepath (2405) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - OCT 14, 2014
Bottle at RISC Global Café, Reading. Pours a dull gold with a thin white head and an obvious fizz. Rather watery, although not as bad as some pale lagers. It’s pretty sweet, with sweetcorn up front and a faint sour note. There is a little hop bitterness in the finish, but this adds no particular flavour. Pretty much indistinguishable from all the other cheap mass-produced lagers out there, and equally as grim as most of them. But hey, it’s a tick from Ethiopia!

erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - OCT 6, 2014
Very simple golden body and fluffy head. Grainy aroma, hopless, light yeasty perhaps but very light. Watery body, simple bitterness, too highly carbonated. Like yellow water. (Bottle at an Ethiopian restaurant in Brussels)

3.2
burg326 (5613) - Florida, USA - SEP 19, 2014
Poured a pale yellow with aromas of grain and malt. Flavors followed suit, malt and grain, decent in the heat, had this at Animal Kingdom.
