12oz bottle fresh from the brewery. Pours a pretty classic, clear copper color with a small white head and nice lacing. Aroma is chalk dust, corn tortillas and a little sweet malt. Medium bodied. Flavor is really light and kinda boring. maniac (3800) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 31, 2009

Draught @ Busch Gardens: This one pours a clear amber color. There was almost no head or lacing on mine. The aroma is lighter but nice. Mainly caramel malt and earthy hops. the taste is OK. Caramel, earthy, slight sweetness. Smooth. Not bad, but still a bit mediocre. Luvystypotables (2067) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - OCT 15, 2016

On tap @ 11th Street Taphouse, Virginia Beach Va-Copper pour w/a slight tan head. Malty aroma. Flavors of malt, toffee, caramel, nuts, pretty standard Oktoberfest, Very true to style, smooth & easy to drink. Had it on a cool, rainy late summer night @ the beach & it hit the spot, wound up the season well & made me look forward to the Fall. BrettTaylor (784) - Radford, Virginia, USA - OCT 14, 2013
Pours a orange’ish gold with medium head. Not as malty on the nose as expected, a bit of hop on the nose. Not as malty on the palate either, a bit of hop bitterness, but not very clean finish. coyforce (684) - California, USA - OCT 6, 2013
Nice try at an Oktoberfest legendary seasonal but this one falls short of the standard flavor I would expect.
