This one pours amber and smells sweet. The taste is malty without too much caramel or roasty flavor, perhaps comparable to Yuengling in that regard, but with a more assertive hop presence. It is medium bodied, crisp, and short on the finish. Very refreshing and easy to pair with food. jackl (8071) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 30, 2014
Keg @ Station 2. Light chestnut brown with a creamy white head. Nice toasty nose. Roasted nuts, moderate caramel. A touch of singed grass and berry. Mellow toasty malts. More caramel and brown bread. Slightly spicy hop bitterness on the finish. Just a bit of butter. Light, deft. Moderate carbonation. Overall a very solid vienna. AKORN (220) - Virginia, USA - MAR 2, 2014
Roasted malt and some bread aroma. Copper or amber in color with one finger of head. Malt, some tangyness, bitters and some kind of after taste. A little watery. OK beer

The feeling I get from this brew is not much.....Taste is watery and amazingly absent. Pour is nice brown and has a beautiful thick head. crossovert (12934) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 29, 2012
Herbal slightly bitter hoppiness. Light toastiness. Not too much malt sweetness.

12oz bottle. I’m not huge on lagers, but I’ve been loving this one. Pours a dark/reddish hay with a slight head. Smells and tastes more like a toasty pilsner. As a "Spring" beer i think it does the job perfectly. Light, refreshing, nothing offensive. jeremytoni (3058) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - FEB 25, 2012
From the tap poured a straw color with a fair amount of head. Grassy malty flavor with a quick finish. JediMindTricks (446) - Remington, Virginia, USA - MAY 14, 2011
Tangy malty lager aroma, malt beginning with a zingey spicey hop finish, Slight sweetness in the aftertaste. Tastey enough to be above a lawnmower brew Aurelius (5335) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 28, 2011
Faint, slightly pickled aroma. Clear, ruddy-tinged amber with a lacing head. Bad label. Malty, sweet, slightly spicy. Graham cracker flavors. Medium light body, spicy finish. Bottle, Capital Ale House, Richmond. dpento1 (236) - Virginia, USA - APR 2, 2011
Pours a clear-copper, with a small beige head. Aroma of toasted malts and bread. Flavor is very earthy with malts and grain. Finishes, with a mild bitterness, and very clean.
