Bottled (thanks Timo A.). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is crisp maltyness, floral and wooden notes. Flavour is floral, nicely bitter hopped, wood, and some pleasant maltyness. Koelschtrinker (20399) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - NOV 22, 2015
Würziger, hell süßlich herber Antrunk. Helles Getreide, milder dumpfer Alkohol. Spritzig, die aufkommende Hopfenherbe unterstützt und verdrängt die muffige Getreidigkeit. Sehr süffig bleibend, steigende Würzigkeit, zum Ende vollmundig, leicht holzig. Gut! 9/11/11/12/9/11

500ml. Bottle from Bottle Shop Canterbury. Golden beer. Lasting white head. Yes its a lager but soft in mouth great cereal flavour. Lovely drop of hop on the finish. Its pretty intense and pretty lovely to be honest. Very good. Tasty as hell Oakes (17679) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 9, 2009
Ceramic mug. Big medicinal hop aroma. Herbal, hoppy character (it is St. Georgen after all) with light malt backdrop. Dry, hoppy finish. Slight malt toastiness adds a "fest" accent. Dedollewaitor (16159) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 26, 2012
Bottle @ Pivni Rozmanitost, Prague. Pours clear dark golden with a white head. Malty bready. Cereal. Mild grassy hops and grain. Smooth and dry. I have no doubts about this being greater when fresher.

Draught at Annafest09. OK malty flavour. Hazy dark golden colour, it seems in the mug. Small semi-stable tan head. Malty flavour, a bit of paper. Semi-sweet. Not bad. bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - AUG 21, 2007
Golden color. Mango in the aroma. Flowery, earthy hopflavor with some distant trpical fruit. Earthy bitter finish with mango. Good! thewolf (12597) - Kolding, DENMARK - AUG 27, 2006
Tap. Golden with no head. Weak aroma. Taste is malty with mild hoppiness. Kinda boring. kevnic2008 (12002) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - AUG 6, 2015
Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a yellow colour with an off white head. Caramel nose with some fbready. Malty and sweet flavour. pivnizub (10619) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - AUG 25, 2006
Bottle: deep golden coloured, thin lacing head; honey and "english" hops in the nose; strong sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; finish starts sweet-malty, becomes very quickly dry and enormous hoppy and resinous towards the end. A devilishly moreish and tasty beer. Top quality by St. Georgen, as usual...........
