PapaVillum (874) - Valby, DENMARK - JAN 15, 2015

Moravius (1154) - Beijing, CHINA - JAN 3, 2015
Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Tiefes Kupferrot, klar; sortentypisch bescheidene Schaumbildung.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear amber with a small, off-white head. Nutty, caramellish aroma. Rich body, sweet caramel malts, very subdued bitterness. But a very decent Bock. 271214

Buena.

500 mml Bottle tasted on 23/04/2014. Brown colour with small head. Low carbonation with caramel appearance. Caramel and little spicy flavor. Some bitterness in the flavor, with the maltyness dominating. Next one please!

caesar (6750) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - APR 22, 2014
Bottled, BB 27.09.14, large sample. Clear amber to copper color, medium off-white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, earthy hops, bit bready. Bit bitter in taste, medium sweet from caramel. Quite clean. Finishes reasonably bitter. Nice oldschool doppelbock.

Dark color, short head. Aroma of licorice, rye, roasted malt, some sugar. Sweet taste, roasted malt, blackcurrant, laurel, licorice. Leaves a carpet of black velvet on your tongue. Bit dry, thick, loads of licorice.

mile (3863) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 15, 2014
Bottle. Amber, small to average and fully diminishing light brown head. Moderate to full, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel and light bread, light fruitiness and faint alcohol. Body is medium to full, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and light bread, faint fruitiness and light alcohol. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, light caramel and some alcohol. Caramel sweetish doppelbock. Bit too much alcohol in the finish. OK but lacks character.
