Warning! Early amateur rating! English labekl - ’Dragons Blood’ (Zimbus Drachenblut). Cloudy dark brown beer. Mild carbonation. Some Belgian brown like sourness, fruity and zesty with a lingering pleasant aftertaste.

Bottled (as ZImbus Drachenblut). Golden colour with a big foamy off-white head. Aroma is bready malts, some slight sweeter maltyness as well as some saltwater and mild grassyness. Flavour is a bit saltwatery along with a quite strong maltyness as well as some slight bitterness. Pleasantly balaced.

0.5 l bottle (as Zimbus Drachenblut), thanks Timo A! Amber color. Caramelly and raisiny aroma. Sweetish, caramelly, raisiny, toffeish, nutty and slightly bready flavor with some bite of bitterness in finish. Fairly good, slightly too caramelly for me.

Borresteijn (6959) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 12, 2010
50cl Bottle at In de Wildeman. Clear light copper colour, dense white head. Aroma of caramel, bready malts, light hops, sweet. Flavour is malty, bready, caramel, hoppy but also metallic bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, oily mouthfeel. Nice.

KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - MAY 1, 2010
Clear golden with a medium off white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and grassy hops. Finished dry.

LordCorkscrew (1774) - Ronco Scrivia (GE), ITALY - JAN 18, 2010

MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 5, 2009
A Mes rate. Bottle at Quinns during the painful Champions League final.
Copper brown with a thin white head. Burnt plastic and blu-tac completely take over and kill everything else underneath. To be blatantly honest, I don’t think the hidden malt and hops are up to the job anyway. Truly awful.

DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 5, 2009
Bottle from quinns as Zimbus Drachenblut. Alroudn rating: Sweet maltyness, nutty, almonds, yeasty esters, floral candy sugar as it warms. Not hot.

thewolf (12533) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUN 4, 2008
Bottle @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours golden with a large, creamy and slightly off-white head. Aroma has lots of pilsner malts, sweetness, light grassy notes and a touch of pine. Fine, light and a bit dry mouthfeel. Flavour starts of with some slight metallic off-flavours, though a good dose of sweetness covers it up quickly. Weak bitter hoppy finish. Refreshing and nice.

Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 11, 2008
Warm golden with a nice head. The aroma is sweetish with notes of malt and candy sugar. The flavour is sweet, a bit too sweet, and it has notes of malt, wet grain, straw, hints of candy sugar and very light bitterness. The overall impression is a rather thin beer camouflaged by sweetness.
