500ml bottle from Utobeer. Hazy gold with a few floaters and a thin lasting white head. Bready cereally aroma. Yes typically bocky but not overly sweet certainly a big whack of cereal flavour. And a little sickly. It’s ok. Golden syrupy quite dry some sweetness. Some hop on end. It’s pretty good. A bit of potato crisp. Yes, weird but interesting and bocky but dry and pretty good. Especially the plain crisps flavour. Odd. Vinx (133) - ITALY - SEP 25, 2013

0.5 l bottle from 'Biermuda', best before November 2017. Gusher! Clear, dark golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, floral and a bit grassy aroma of honey, sultanas and hints of straw. Quite sweet malty, floral, slightly grassy aroma of lots of honey, sultanas, grains, some straw and a touch of vanilla, followed by a short, slightly bitter, sweet and floral finish with a grassy touch and traces of alcohol. Medium to full body, rather oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Classic Heller Bock, very sweet and saturating, couldn't drink more than this bottle.
