Fazit: Insgesamt gut trinkbar! Test vom 27.5.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,11,11,11,10,10 - 10,45

Bottle by 15.06.12. Sweet nose of toffee and gooey dark malt. Dark brown pour with ruby hightlighs and a fizzy tan head. Taste drier than expected, lightly woody but really pouring on the nuts. Slightly sharp/tangy overly full body, mild roast with some bitter earth and low-grade toffee. Pretty decent brown ale, actually! ;)

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 03/2012)
Deep amber color, small off-white head. Caramel, wood, earthy maltyness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Harsh, dry flavor. Caramel malts, toasted bread, rough hops. Leaving dry, oily aftertaste. This is a bit like some Finnish Mallaskoski brews.
