On the basis of ancestral recipes, this relatively light blonde, remains faithful to the principles of the monks who populated the old abbey of Belgian. It refreshes intelligently, and will charm the thirst in hot weather.

Pours dark golden. Ivory head, dense and long-lasting. Citrus, cake, honey. Powerful, creamy, fresh. Not too bitter. Medium finish.

Draught served at 48˚ Appearance is clear golden with a large head that settles slowly and leaves solid lacing. Smell is sweat socks (in a good way), black pepper and paprika. Taste is orange and malt with a background of coriander and a bitter finish, very well-balanced and complex. An excellent example of an abbey style blonde ale.

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2006 Bottle, 33cl. Orange/Amber pour. Nice fluffy head with a touch of fruit aroma. Served in a cool ceramic bowl. I enjoyed this very much.

Best beer of the tasting by a long shot, and my best blond iv ever had, including woman. Aroma was super peachy, pineapple sweet malts and raisins, very very nice. Taste is similar fruityness, not so sweet as easy drinking, really peachy. An excellent beer in every way.

cloudy golden colour, large size off white head, which collapses relatively quickly;bready-biscuity aroma with citruses, coriander and yeasty notes; sweet and sour taste with coriander again; easily drinkable, correct Belgian ale
