Bottle. Spritely raspberry aroma. Taste is same with nice bitterness and sour fruits. Pretty cool fruit lambic. Deep fruity raspberry and tartness. Really good, maybe better than the Lindemans’ version.

Purple with red hie. Aroma is sweet reapbeerry. Taste is sticky sweet rspberrt syrup. Not my stye, but on target for what it is.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2016 On draft at the tap shack. Murky purplish red color. Pours with slight pink head. Smuckers sweetened jam nose. Stevia and artificial raspberry flavour, medicinal. Thick syrupy mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Very much like the Lindeman framboise and this would be better suited for mixing and flavouring.

Robijnrood bier met wandklevend roze schuim. Geur: Frambozengelei, moutig. Smaak: frambozenconfituur light (met kunstmatige zoetstof). Heel klein zuurtje. Weinig koolzuurprikkel.

It is not good as Lindemans’s Frambouse, but St. Louis dont use Acesuflame K which is poison cancer sweetener. Read my comment for Lindemans for this beer. This is just lower taste and aroma (a little bit) but good enough.

unmarked ’80s vintage@ BBF ’15 Vintage Tasting ZO, merci. Dissolved in appearance, what survived is mostly on-style: vinegar sharp, woody notes, fruity balsamico and liquified Haribo winegum sloshing around in this stale puddle of a beer corpse. Would still make a decent raspberry salat dressing.

8/II/15 - 37.5cl bottle @ Vintage Tasting Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a, pre-87 vintage (2015-165)

Clear dark copper to brown beer, small irregular beige head, unstable. Aroma: very sweet, raspberry candy, bit oxidized, port notes, some cardboard. MF: no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: little sourish, surprisingly fruity, raspberry notes, cardboard, oxidized, bit metallic, sweet. Aftertaste: some raspberries, sourish, bit of cardboard, dusty.

Erzengel (8896) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - FEB 7, 2015
*Old rating, best before 05.2006. Süßlich-klebriges, himbeer-aromatisches Bier. Kaum Säure vorhanden, zu viel süßer Sirup. Viel zu künstlich. Eher ein Radler als ein Fruit-Lambic.

Cuso (8734) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 25, 2014
Bottle raspberries in aroma. Sweet raspberries syrup in taste. Sweet fruity finish. Not too much Lambic in it, but as Fruit beer OK.

I really am a sucker for the sweetened lambics. They taste like candy and I really don’t care that they don’t taste traditional. They are delicious and this one tastes like sweet and sour raspberry. This one is about as good as the Lindemans framboise and slightly better than the Cherish one.
