11. 11. 2017, Ljubljana. Bottled. Ok aroma. Expected souerness, but bearable. Med bodied and high carb. A funny afterfeeling in stomach. Taste from start to finish and aftertaste as expected. Nothing extra.

Cristobal37 (1229) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 11, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2017 Bottle bb 2027. Hazy with fine grainy sediment. Aroma is woody, wild yeast and a but of rubbing alcohol. Taste is mostly like that of a mineral rich spring water strong in iron and the classic tart character. Finish is a bit watery. Certainly not your top shelf gueuze.

Draught at Delirium Cafe Tokyo. Copper color, white head. Sour taste with citrus, a bit of sour apple, wood and toast. Sour finish with citrus, sour apple, wheat and wood. Passable gueuze, but too mild sourness and too much wood.

At a tasting, many thanks, small bubbly fizzy head, clear dark orange color with brownish hues, aroma of vanilla, oak, horse sweat and some minerals., light vinegary vinous flavor with some vanila and fruitiness, light to medium mellow sourness, sour salty aftertaste. Highly enjoyable and really easy to drink.

Koelschtrinker (21489) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 29, 2017
Mild säuerlicher, rund getreidig würziger Antrunk. Die Säure wird dabei eher schwächer als stärker, vollmundig würzig, spritzig. Zum Ende schwächer Weekend. 10/8/9/11/7/11
