Bottle at home. Slight gusher. Hazy deep golden with white head. Smells like iron and fireworks. Taste sour grape must, gone bad grain, horse poop, fireworks, weird funk, plastics. Light sweet and moderate sour, soft bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation.

375ml bottle. Pours a misty gold, large head receding. Aroma is soft lemon funk, fruity. Spritzy palate with a strange sweetness thats hard to pin down. Green apple, lemon curd, vanilla, funk with a crisp sour character and drying close. Interesting.

Bottle at home. Two year old. As 5 % alc. vol. Has a slightly hazy orange brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of forest floor, rowan berries, plums, spices, apple cider vinegar, moist basement, flowers and barn yard. The flavour is similar with more spices, rowanberries, citric acid, blue cheese and forest floor. Has a slick and silky mouth feel, medium to full body and a light bitterness. A powerful gueuze with lots of spices and sour berries. A little more balance wouldve been nice.
