375 ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a clear deep golden colour lots of carbonation and a thin white head and doesn’t last too long. Nose is layers of tart citrus, wine vinegar, sweet cherry, flowers, funkiness. Taste is dominated by the dry sour finish. I get lemons, cherries, wine, champagne. My first gueuze and I liked it.

BuckeyeBoy (8860) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JAN 5, 2018
Bottle pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is light funky but some classic gueze notes along with some wood. Taste is more of the nice gueze we don't have a lot of access to gueze around here so I will take it.

Ktwse (5676) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 25, 2017
Pours cloudy golden amber with low white head. Aroma of perfume, grapes, somewhat floral, light funk, alcohol? Taste is medium tart, loads of minerals and citrus, light sour finish. Light and crisp body with average carbonation.

Nikokaoja (413) - Ljubljana, SLOVENIA - NOV 11, 2017
11. 11. 2017, Ljubljana. Bottled. Ok aroma. Expected souerness, but bearable. Med bodied and high carb. A funny afterfeeling in stomach. Taste from start to finish and aftertaste as expected. Nothing extra.

Cristobal37 (1290) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 11, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2017 Bottle bb 2027. Hazy with fine grainy sediment. Aroma is woody, wild yeast and a but of rubbing alcohol. Taste is mostly like that of a mineral rich spring water strong in iron and the classic tart character. Finish is a bit watery. Certainly not your top shelf gueuze.

witthatsbier (597) - glasgow, SCOTLAND - NOV 9, 2017
75cl bottle pours a dark colour(copper),no head Aroma bit musty, not much else light sourness, bit sweet tones ok but nothing special
